Dr. Berchuck is a practicing oncologist who is actively involved in the surgical chemotherapy management and treatment of women with ovarian, endometrial and lower genital tract cancers. He is the head of the steering committee of the international Ovarian Cancer Association Consortium (OCAC) and a member and Past Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Committee for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF). Dr. Berchuck served as the President of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists in 2008.

In 2011-12, 185 clinicians and researchers across the United States, Europe, Canada, Latin America, the Middle East, Australia and China will receive support for their work from BCRF. Ms. Biblowit holds a B.A. from Tufts University and a Master’s in Social Welfare from the Heller School at Brandeis University.

Califano, Jr. is Founder and Chairman of The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) at Columbia University, an independent non-profit think/action tank affiliated with Columbia University. He has been Adjunct Professor of Public Health (Health Policy and Management) at Columbia University’s Medical School (Department of Psychiatry) and School of Public Health and is a member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences and the 2010 recipient of the Institute’s prestigious Gustav O.
